Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation will be eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling Option:
If a user misses their slot, they may request rescheduling instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Cases:
If the consultation has already started.
If the user fails to attend the consultation without prior notice (no-show).
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
